If you have some boring glass vases, turn it into something beautiful that sparkles and shines.

Instructions

1. 

   Start with a clean vase and add cut up pieces of tissue paper using Mod Podge.

2. 

   I had these metallic streamers nearby when I was working on this so I added a few.

3. 

   Add glitter! I used large glitter.

4. 

   When the glitter is dry, add more Mod Podge to seal everything.

5. 

   I made a few of these and LOVE THEM!
