I have always had a crush on these old-fashioned lockets but my photos never fitted inside, so I got rid of them. Until I discovered I could put something else in there, something even more ME than photos. CONFETTI!
Open the lockets and spread the glue around the base.
Apply the first base of confetti. Let this dry for 2 minutes. Apply the second base of confetti. Let this dry for 2 minutes
Fill any left-out holes. Let the results try for 30 minutes before use.
