Just a cute idea for a cover for a journal or anything you really want...

1.
a)Take the thing that you want to cover and get an old newspaper.
b)Start cutting out strips of paper and leave them in a big pile.
c)put some glue on teh strips and lay them down vertically -
2.
a) When you have done them vertically then do them horizontally. -
3.
a)Cut the edges of the newspaper and then if you want put a design on the paper in coloured paper like I have done with the tree.

That is such a good idea! I usually come up with thinks like that, with paper and such, etc... but this is a GREAT IDEA!!!
