Tried this while talking to my dad.
Him: How do you know when it's finished?
Me: Ha when it explodes *smartass*
*Cake explodes in microwave*
Me: Crap
Cruel irony, but what I scraped out of the cup tasted pretty damn good. Thanks for the quick sugar fix tip

There was far too much baking powder used in this recipe and it has given me a sore stomach so I suggest cutting it down to half a teaspon. Other than that it was delicious.

yeah, so i totally tried this
and it overflowed hxc
hah
there was like half a cooked cake on the bottom of my microwave

it turned out good, but i think it could be better
more chocolaty and such
i might add melted bakers chocolate as opposed to cocoa next time

but this is definitely good for a quick cake fix
=]
thanks

Karen B. made these earlier for me and a friend... they were awesome! And after we were part way through eating them we though of adding a liitle Bailey's as a topper... the cake really absorbs it (a little goes a long way)... super tasty!!!! Thanks for the how-to!!!!!!

***********Just an AMERICAN note. What they call CORN FLOUR we call CORN STARCH. So Americans beware Happy You don't need to by finely ground CORNMEAL! (also CASTER SUGAR can be made in a food processer)Now back to my microware for a tasty treat!

This looks really yummy! You could even mix the dry ingredients ahead of time and keep them on hand for any chocolate "emergencies".
