This is a chocolate twist of the beautiful and delicious affogato al caffè, a classic Italian coffee dessert. Combining just a few simple ingredients, this cool treat is a coffee lovers dream dessert. If chocolate sauce, chocolate ice cream, espresso and whipped cream sound good to you, then you will love this!

You will need

1 tbsp Of chocolate Sauce 2 Small scoops of chocolate Ice Cream 2 shot Of espresso (or 1/4 cup of strongly Brewed Coffee ) ¼ cup Of Whipped Cream Chocolate shavings (garnish) Espresso powder (garnish)

Instructions

1. 1.Add 1 tablespoon of chocolate sauce into the bottom of a small heat proof dessert glass 2. Top with 2 small scoops of chocolate ice cream 3. Pour 2 shots of espresso or 1/4 cup of strongly brewed coffee over the ice cream 4. Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings and espresso powder (optional)
