You will need

Chicken
1 lb Chicken Breast Cut into strips 2 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp Lemon Juice 3/4 tsp Sea Salt 3 cloves Garlic 1 tsp Curry Powder 1/2 tsp Cumin 1/4 tsp Coriander
Avocado Mayo
1 Avocado 2 tbsp Mayonnaise 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt 1 Lime Juice 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Meat needs to marinade for 20 mins.

Instructions

1. 

   Chicken... Mix all chicken ingredients together. Leave to marinade for at least 20 mins.

2. 

   Mayo... Mash the avocado. Add remaining ingredients. Mix through.

3. 

   Grill the chicken for 6-8 mins until cooked through.

4. 

   Serve on a roll with mayo & chicken.
