Tasty & easy to make.

You will need

3 tbsp Butter 1 tbsp Oil 1 Onion 12 oz Chicken thighs 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp Paprika 1/4 tsp Onion Powder 8 oz Mushroom(s) Salt Pepper 3 cloves Garlic 1 1/4 cup Rice 3 cup Chicken Stock Parmigiana Parsley

Tasty & easy to make.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 190 degrees. Heat oil & butter together. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder, paprika & onion powder. Fry until browned.

2. 

   Fry mushrooms, onions & garlic for a few mins. Add salt and pepper.

3. 

   Add rice & stock. Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer until tender & chicken is cooked through.

4. 

   Add cheese & parsley. Stir through.

5. 

   Serve.
