You will need

500 g Beef Mince 1 Onion Chopped 2 Garlic Cloves 1 Tomato Chopped 2 cup Milk 4 cup Water 500 g Pasta 150 g Cheese Salt Pepper

Instructions

1. 

   Brown the mince, onion, garlic & tomato.

2. 

   Add the milk & water. Bring to a boil.

3. 

   Add pasta. Boil until cooked.

4. 

   Add cheese. Stir through. Add salt & pepper.

5. 

   Serve.
