Could not get this on as a version but all credit to Becca K.Thanks Becca for your wonderful pattern :) Only difference was I halved the width of waistband and fastened with hooks and eyes, and I made front longer than Becca's I did this bustle skirt to Becca K. pattern: http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/burlesque_bustle_skirt
