Instructions

1. The video will not insert for some reason, but the tutorial is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1oP4I-uumtI ANOTHER WAY TO MAKE THIS SKIRT, which is easier, would be to take a current skirt and sew 2" lace trim around the skirt as shown in the video. It would be easier and a way to re-purpose a skirt.
