When did you first get in to cooking and do you remember the first recipe you tried?
Nicoletta: I was 4 years old and I made homemade fettucine with my grandma
Loreto: I was six years old and I tried to make a lemon pound cake
What's your kitchen like and how do you keep organized when cooking?
Our kitchen is cute and cozy. We both clean as we cook.
What tips would you give to someone wanting to become a better cook?
Go past your fear. Experiment, don't be afraid to fail. And have fun!
Who would you invite to your dream dinner party and what would you cook for them?
Nicoletta: Nigella Lawson and I would make her a fruit and custard tart.
Loreto: I would invite Jamie Oliver and I would cook outdoors and make him an incredible Italian meal.
Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?
Nicoletta: I like painting watercolors, I love reading, traveling, taking pictures and doing yoga. Besides baking.
Loreto: I love playing instruments, drawing, painting and have a passion for other cultures. Besides cooking
