Description

Instructions

  1. I bought this dress at a thrift store for $8, and it was just a plain white cotton jersey dress. Then I bought some pink and white vegan fabric paint from JoAnn Fabrics and mixed them together to get the perfect pink color that I liked best. I started by using chalk to draw the drips onto the dress to make sure I liked them, and then I painted, following my chalk lines (make sure you put a plastic garbage bag or something else between the 2 layers of the dress, so the paint won't leak through to the other side). I let it dry for a few hours, and then I painted a second layer of paint over the areas that still looked a little see-through. After drying for 24 hours, I hand sewed some tiny beads onto the pink areas to mimic sprinkles.
