BBQ Fajita Kebabs

Cook us some delicious fajita kebabs on your barbie.

(Makes 6 Kebabs)

You will need

2 x Tomatoes Stick(s) or Skewers 1 x Green Peppers 6 tbsp Sour Cream or BBQ Sauce 2 Diced Chicken Breasts (or Quorn / Tofu Alternative) BBQ 3 x Tortilla Bread 2 x Onion(s)

(Makes 6 Kebabs)

Instructions

1. 

   Chop all of the ingredients in to cubes and place them on kebab skewers.

2. 

   Cook them on a hot bbq for 10 minutes, or until the meat has cooked through.

3. 

   Cut the fajita breads in half, wrap them around the kebabs and serve with sour cream or bbq sauce.
