Did anyone work out how to put it on wall?

Kerry, You can put several small nails and fit the petals of the flowers, once I did something in that style, but it isn't so good 'cause you'll do a lot of holes in the wall. It is good to paint the nails in the same tone of the flowers if you decide use them. Or you can pass a wire of faux metal(smtg like spiral of notebook), as she recommended, from the beginning until the end of the floral arrangement. It's the best way to unit a lot of things, so you'll use just 3 nails (1 in the beggining, 1 in the middle and 1 at the end of the arrangement. It's easy.

I did not have any spray paint so I had to use nail polish and it turned out amazing because I had a lot of contrast

Nice! I will definitely have to make some..

But, like Owl City said, how are they hanging up? And could I use paper towel rolls? I have more of them laying around..

Very cool! But I was wondering how you hung it on the wall. It seems to just be floating there! Also, I was wondering if you could use paper towel rolls or if they are too stiff. I would love to make this. Very creative idea! Happy

My rolls haven't come uncreased, and I did this project over a month ago. I think the flower shape they are in keeps the one side creased, and thus the other side stays the way it should.

How cool--and lovely. Can you imagine the possibilities? I am going to try this. Family of 5, so TP rolls come quite readily!!

Question: Will the TP rolls stay creased? I used TP rolls to make a mini album and the rolls keep popping open.

Thanks for all the great comments everyone!

-For the swirls, I just cut the roll like I would for a petal, but then cut that petal at one of the points, making it into just a long piece. I wrapped it around a pencil to give it a bit of curl, then just shaped it how I felt. Hope that helps!

I used a couple of small finishing nails to hang it. The piece is flexible so it's really easy to hang, nothing really needs to be exact. I imagine some push pins, or any other kind of nail would work fine too.
